Applications for September 2025 are open now closed. Admissions for 2026/27 school year will go live in November 2025.
The school is full for all other year groups up to Year 11 in 2025/26. You may apply to go on our waiting lists should a place become available and you can do that here. For more information please refer to the documents and the FAQ sections on our website or send an email to admissions@thenewschool.org.uk.
The application process
We are no longer accepting applications for September 2025. If you have submitted an application, the process is as follows:
Please ensure you submit your application before the 31st of January 2025 to be considered for a school place. Applications received after this time will be processed but will be put on a separate waiting list.
Please refer to the admissions policy in the documents section of the website to understand the different steps of the admissions process.
We will inform you by the 31st of March 2025 if your child has a place and we will send you a Parent/ Carer’s handbook and a school place acceptance form.
You have until the 30th of April 2025 to accept this offer, by returning the completed acceptance form. If the school does not hear back from you by then, the offer will be withdrawn.
Parents who are not offered a place for their child due to over-subscription may join a waiting list. We will make offers to children on the waiting list according to our over-subscription criteria if a place becomes available.
